I think you'll find it can.
Under the Designs, Copyrights and Patents Act. in the UK and UCRC they can do what they like with it.
It was written on their server, it is their intellectual property. Also you cannot copyright paragraphs, only brands, Images and other specimens that have been solely made by the author. So no. You are wrong.
