Final Decision. The VCPD Narcotics Team working along with the FBI went to Mr.Danigold's house and asked to check the briefcase,and there was really 1.000 grams of weed inside the Briefcase,he didnt even touched the Briefcase after the event. ((DaniGold admitted that it was really 1k of weed by Forum PM.)) The VCPD is patroling often near Daniel Gold's house to make sure he dont escapes with the briefcase.

Following the logic,Mr. Daniel Gold Montana is guilty for the following charges:

Mr. Daniel Gold Montana is now ordered by the Court to give the Briefcase with the weed to the VCPD Command Staff(Me,Snake,JayL or Fabio),plus a jail period of 4 Months for Drug Dealing.
