For generations, Vice City have been ruled, and lead by the Mafia, The Gangster, and several other groups. Now a new era has begun. The Russian have arrived in Vice City, on their boat, the Platypus. Now these Russians will take over the goverment, and spread their false word all over the city, in order to drain every drop of life from it, just to make money.
