For generations, Vice City have been ruled, and lead by the Mafia, The Gangster, and several other groups. Now a new era has begun. The Russian have arrived in Vice City, on their boat, the Platypus. Now everything that is good, will now be corrupted and lead by the foul and cruel Russian Business men. I present to you, ladies and gentlemen. The F.R.B. The Financial Russian Business men. Now these Russians will take over the goverment, and spread their false word all over the city, in order to drain every drop of life from it, just to make money.
Zoey Collins, along with other people, will now join these business men, in order to gain power once again. If you, gentlemen, dont want to be corrupted and or killed. Join us!
