using  a spam program is just not good but great.

No IP program is good infact they are all shit, I've caught many players hiding behind proxies it's not hard to find them and beleive me it won't be hard to find some 9 year old like you.

i learned that the scripts before were tottaly careless and gave hackers opportunity to ddos them.

Any VC:MP script can be crashed you just need to find some way to exploit it, this applies to a server aswell.
I doubt you even know how to DDoS a server and am not talking about using a some program either.

You sir are a complete fail and a good example of one so why don't you just go elsewhere, or like do something in RL not trying to look cool by saying you gonna hack servers and shit.
