Ironically, this topic isn't to complain or moan, its to help create, change, or face a problem some of the members have. Why so 'gtfo with that' so much?

Remove Cops and suspects radAR, will + some people but for these who do not support, they will cry their eyes out... No one will EVER be completely happy.

When cops get $100,000,000 ... they won't care about money anymore ... so they will go off duty .... so technically, no one will get abused...

Then we will see who are the REAL cops and the MONEY cops, right? Then we know which cops to respect and which not to. (yes I am implying those cops who are cops for money shouldn't be respected as a cop.)

  Wrong here ..... there's some players that they moan for loosing 2k over an armour, and they're budget is over 200k..... 

Believe it or not its very VERY easy to lose 200k fast when your a player who constantly purchases ammunition or uses on roleplay... But anyway, then we will see who plays for MONEY or who plays for roleplay. am i rite?

You cannot force someone to Role play, whether you like it or not. Argonath has always been that way. Have a lot of people stopped role playing lately? Yes. Have a lot of people been moaning lately? Yes.

How do we fix this? Stop posting topics like this and go contribute in game where it matters, help new players learn to role play and enrich our community with respectful, helpful, kind players. Show people that you can Role play any job you want, you just need to imagine it. This is NOT a cops and robbers server, everyone needs to stop thinking it is. There are TONS of jobs/characters you can play!

Problem is in the players, not in the scripts. Removing orange blips/names won't make people role-play. Increasing fees for dying will only increase moaning.

  • -You can RP as a spy and so on
    
  • -Cops will need to co-operate in-order to find a single suspect ( More Teamwork )

  removing the names over each player and instead put ( Stranger ID"number" ) and add the following command /meet [id] [nametoremember], that will surely increase the rp more.

Just don't change anything? if there is a change now because people are moaning there need to be much more changes because other people are gonna moan as well.. If you want Argonath to be the best Roleplay server just accept the scripts and accept the scripts for how they are, admins put in those scripts for a reason and modified the old scripts for a reason.. how do you feel when you put in so much work into scripting and people begin to moan about it.. Of course some people don't rp.. but that's why they have the /report command.

how are we supposed to find who is a criminal in a big shootout at GS9 or Gvardia HQ?

Take in custody everyone who were present WITHIN the scene and interrogate them for what they were doing there. That's how people do in real life.

While during shootout just shoot everyone who has a weapon shooting in your side.

Here already many people told good points and some answers to you...
But... Let me tell you another side of your "remarks"...

For 3-4 days I was active spectating the players from all sides... Newbies, veterans, admins... Criminals, cops, medics, firemen...

And what "hunting" I saw most on server? Not a criminal hunting... Opposite! Cophunting... First players annoy cops by driving in front of them, ramming their cars, shouting "F**CKING B*TCHES!", punching, shooting, etc. Then when getting "orange name" - just shooting on site when see any "blue name" around...

Yesterday my patience of such cop hunters finished when one of them just used /helpmeup, when cops caught him on spray cane... I banned that guy... From spectating their group for almost 20 minutes nothing actually happened - got orange names and standing near own house waiting for cops to start shooting...

Did I get any report from cops that time? No... I even pointed to the cops to report such script abuse like this /helpmeup, which usage is 100% permbanable as abusing of script...

Here I have a question...
From reading forums for this years I hardly could find 10 topics of cops moaning about criminal-players... But I have read tons of topics from criminal players about how f*cking abusive are cops on Argonath...
So here is the question... Why criminal players are those big moaners then cop players and why they cannot handle the level of cop players in patience and play... Cos with scripts or without - cops role is MUCH MORE difficult then play a criminal...

I am not even talking about stupid idea of GS9, where half of server just comes, stand in a line and punching each other till the chaos beginning... Then it is usual cops vs criminals...

As for RP on Argonath - YES, it went down totally... but NOT COS OF COPS... Opposite... Cos of OTHERS... Because cops quality raised since I was last time... And cops work is under control by police HQ and also by admins... You will not find ANY criminal group, where you WOULD BE BANNED from possibility of being a criminal for shitty quality...

So... to those, who likes to moan about cops... Think about what I said... AUB..
