chea i get yo, but dude listen up: id rather work with bad rper than a guy with no english knowledge. Wanna know da reason? U can teach a bad rper to be a good rper, but u cant teach a guy who speaks english bad to speak english good. I agree with those guys who denied yo applications 100%. Uhm, yes you can. Let the one with difficulties hang out with a bunch of fluently speaking/writing English chit-chatters, and I'm pretty sure he will learn a little bit from just that.

Don't see the point in the topic actually...

I want professionalism and people who can be professional in groups I make. Without good english I don't get the professionalsim I searching for. I guess it's different to every player, but in groups I make I want to have people who can atleast write a meaning without grammar faults. I respecting every player, but some player I don't want in my groups just because they don't meet the requirements.

What I've seen, if you've poor knowledge of english you often, not every time, but often disrespecting people. It doesn't applies for everyone but most of the group called ''People with little less knowledge of english than the rest''. If you can't discuss in a proper way, then how the hell are you gonna be fine? Lets take an example, as an administrator you'll have to have good knowledge of english since you're the face of the server. With the face you speaking, and you'll need to speak to other players. You'll need to have synonoms so the player with poor knowledge of english can understand you.

This also applies within the FBI, if you don't have good knowledge of english, both written and spoken you isn't getting accepted since you'll not fit in. Maybe applies for the offical groups aswell? I mean, it's all connected as I said above, poor english = more disrespecting. And yes, I've seen it by my own...

Your english is not professional at all, it is not even good.
