I hereby BAN Dragos Cobain from receiving a passport for 4 days and he is NOT to get a passport test until April the 14th.

Incredibly rude and offensive regarding passports and to me as well (Apparently studying for a passport test is the end of the world), tried to bribe me and is generally not a person I'd like to see be a citizen until they change their attitude.
