Im happy to see Pingster, khm and other players comment on the topic and Cyril's idea to accept a member into CMB just because HQ says so. I understand and always understood that there was no democracy on the server but with all due respect, what you're trying to do is just beyond any borders.
CMB was created in 2008 by Pups and me. My staff and I have been leading it since then. I had opportunity to pick good and loyal directors (apart from one, who will be mentioned later on in this post) and I put full trust in their decisions. Only with major changes they always consulted me, but I never opposed if the majority of leadership was speaking for the changes. Anyway, Pups and I led CMB for a year (2008-2009) when Pups left me on my own. Later when I went inactive, I put Monte in charge of CMB as a director, then we spread on IV:MP, and then he tried to overtake the whole CMB by removing me from my spot, when I was back. Gandalf and half of the HQ had to intervene back then, and decided (which is quite obvious) that founder is a founder for life. You can remove directors, leadership but founder is not to be ever removed. The same story was with AV when Dave tried to remove Janek and Gandalf intervened that Janek is a founder and cannot be removed.
The situation with HQ saying to one of the groups who to accept or deny is just pathetic and inacceptable. Hence, if I applied to Rstar in 2008 and haven't been accepted since, please accept me as I've been suffering long, right? Don't be kidding me.... There was a reason to permanent ban him, especially visible as it is the ONLY ban placed by the CMB Leadership.
Our organisation is doing well and we will keep on doing well on our own without your help. The permanent ban was my personal decision, supported by the whole CMB Leadership of that time (I believe Ethan and Jay) to avoid future problems with attempts of overtaking CMB. I had enough of nerves and stress with that situation. However, I accepted the decision of lifting it. Nevertheless, HQ trying to manipulate the decisions of accepting/denying members to particular groups is not a good sign. I will also not let anyone apart from the CMB Management (CMB Chief Administrator, CMB Co-Director, CMB Director, CMB Founder) decide on who to accept and who to deny.

My hint for Monte and the HQ - Monte is free to open his own organisation that after getting HQ's approval can be granted power to hand out passports. He can setup his own rules and procedures, but leave CMB working good as it has always been.

He tried to overtake something I had worked on for years, for the same false reasons of "trying to help and contribute".
What kind of guarantee do I have that this will not repeat? I want to remind you that this server is owned by Gandalf, RON and Legolas.
Gandalf himself judged the case of Monte trying to take CMB over, he decided that Monte had NO right whatsoever to claim permanent leadership over CMB and unless Gandalf says Monte is to be accepted - I will let management of organisation I've been leading (personally or through the Staff I chosen rightfully) for 6 years decide on who to accept or deny.

I might be inactive, but the CMB is my and Pups' legacy.
The organisation has particular structure - its members, management and leadership working properly. I see no reason to intervene in the properly working structure which is not related with the HQ. Why won't you tell Driving Schools who to accept? Why won't you decide for AV, WS, Rstar, Corleone, Stracci etc. management who to accept to their groups?
You can claim that I've got personal feuds but my leadership is aware of the reason why Monte got banned. They have full right to be unsure about the safety of the organisation after Monte gets in.

With hopes if there are any new players who need support, I can give them it.

I haven't been told about what I can and what I can not do as a Trial. (The entire thread is a bit of a mess) So I am holding back waiting for a supervisor.

Go on then, close down one of the bigger government organisations that has been actively working and contributing to the community for years all because we don't like unreasonable meddling into internal affairs of the organisation. I mean, this isn't even a case of group being inactive and HQ putting someone in charge to fix that, you're inserting people against the wishes of current leadership, previous leadership and the founder, inserting someone who would get instantly denied for a month just based on recent punishment history, regardless of any personal feuds, and all because of what, he had a talk with CBF and that makes him a different person after years of behaviour that wouldn't let him anywhere near CMB? I hope he's changed for his own good, but a talk won't make change your behaviour and do a full 180.

I ask again, if you have such trust in his change, why do you not make him a moderator, if he wants to help new players, that will be more help than doing a 10 minute passport test with one of them.

I am reminding the leadership of CMB that your postion in SAMP CAN be revoked,

It takes one request to the scripters to remove your rights, and I do have that authority as mine is across the whole community.
The Divsional leader of SAMP can also make that request as they have authoritiy within the SAMP server of Argonath.

Monte is to be treated like any other applicant, fairly, and if he causes problems and does not listen then come to me..., and vice versa...
His Experiance and you know this is valuable (else he would never of been part of CMB before), he does not have to be in charge, but he will be a good asset to the CMB team, he does not give up, he still has heart for that which we all want to keep going..

Consider you words carefully, your objections up to this time have no validity and I will use the rights that Gandalf has given to me if I have to...

That ban you placed on Monte is invalid for one major reason... and you said it yourself, its personal ....
If you have a personal problem then sort it out, do NOT abuse your power in CMB to do so ..
