Okay. To the point quickly;

A suspect is sitting in LSPD. waiting for an investigation. If we are about to start. NO ONE may enter the room.

I am furious that some even dared to SHOOT the suspect to DEATH while sitting on an investigation

If you see it happen: /report the killing officer because this is plain DM. Or contact SAPD Command about this.

You know this thing, Freecup? Freecop! Thats it. Rather than getting angry, the cop was most likely a new guy on the job. Everyone has to learn at some point. I wouldn't even report the guy. I'd get his ID and try to communicate with him and teach him about these kinds of things. You can't expect people to join the server and automatically know the ropes.

I personally havent been on PD duty before shouldnt there be some kind of tutorial thing? It would prevent most of these problems.

ive always thought that having staff to jail suspects would be a good idea, Untill I realised that I am the only one who would want to do it because I have worked in that setting in IRL XD, No one else finds that fun to do but me.

How about DESK STAFF to teach new guys ?
Show them the locker room
Show them the jails
Show them the desk
Show them the donut safe
Show them the investigation rooms
DESK STAFF could teach new guys so much more...

I will talk to Paul about it. Im perfectly willing to do it with some nice RP attached to it, the trick is getting others on-board ;)

Ill have to get transfered to a different department though, Im stuck out in Fort arson and I dont think we even have a desk.... Well.. Gibson uses the one we have as a bed when he gets drunk so I certainly can't use that :D

I don't see any reason why everyone from the SAPD, FBI and the regular's from the ARPD won't show new players around. Unless they are lazy and will get their badge revoked if they do not have the same respect and loyalty towards ARPD inexperienced officers like they do for superiors.  :conf:

However, Jaaskaa and myself have a different structure to teach new players for RS5 produced by you .. unless it has been changed

Got the problem?

24 hours in a day if we can make shifts for each officer to sign up for one hour a day each and pay them 15k each for being there to man the desk I think we could fix this.

Officers Must Complete Following Tasks

- All Investigations that come into building (Means a unbiased officer investigating)
- SAPD Radio Dispatch
- Clean toilets
- Keep Cars under LSPD Parked Properly and refueled
- Help ARPD Officers
- Teach New Officers how to go on duty
- Document all Suspects Processed, Jailed, and Cleared of Crimes
