Hello ARPD / SAPD and FBI Mates of Argonath (and all other too!),   
I will be taking skinning request for police vehicles in GTA:SA or GTA:IV each skins will cost 20,000$ ARD in SA-MP Server.

EDIT: I am also accepting any other vehicle skinning requests, but depending on the model or request, it might be impossible to do.

You can apply for a skin, in exchange of a 20,000$ payment to "Iceman." in game.

Q: In no way is model affect, right? Just skins, so no poly amount change, nothing?

Other than that, as Argonath has always been against mods (but due to being unable to "crawl into your computer" permitted, if gives no advantage), not sure how this will be reacted to. And more so, it's a business, albeit not in-game one.

He does reskins, not model mods. So the vehicle would look exactly the same, but would be different colour, or have logos/text on it.

Exactly, I could do 3D but I don't since it's extremly time consumming, so just the texture / design is modified. And I always used mod, and pretty much everyone does anyway.

You mean high resolution skins ? Yes.

I can't really skin that, since default texture is extremly low in resolution, best I could do is maybe replace the logo.

I mean like high poly/high defination skin peds. Like if I wanted James Bond, could you make him for me?

Skins are waaaaay more complex and different than what is being offered here if you want to make them look good. A simple thing, such as a crease in your jacket, can take more time than a few reskins of vehicles.

However, I am interested if you also do ped skins/ped models. And if you do them good ^^
