Why don't groups just gather their active members, work together and buy their preferred property. This would increase teamwork and motivation under these groups.
Yes, there is an opportunity that someone else will take it before you. But guess what, if you as a group fail to get one property, then I wouldn't consider that a group.

Funny you actually state Gvardia. Gvardia is the only mafia who has been more active than inactive from the day it was created 'till today. But then again, other than Ancelotti and Gvardia, other mafias don't have anything to lose.

Corleone Mafia has Corleone Mansion. IMO one of the best houses in SA.

The only reason why Cutt3r's still holding the HQ is because it's safer with him than anyone else.

Claiming it's unfair for others not having chance get an veteran mafia empire,is kind of selfish and ego,especially claim they haven't worked for it,like any of you got judgement have they?  :evil:

In the case of a reset it will certainly not be so that people will be given their old property, that would be unfair. However those people who wish to reclaim their old places may be given a limited time to earn enough to do so.

I think that's the most reasonable option.

Well.. yea. If there is a money reset then that includes money stored as assets (weapons, properties, vehicles).

The National Heritage List is basically there to stop people intentionally buying certain properties (especially group HQs like the Corleone Mansion, Gvardia HQ, Araatus Complex, Ancelotti Avispa, etc.) just to then resell them to the mafia for a ridiculous sum. It just gives priority to the original owners in that case, so that they can work hard to make money in a structured way and get their nice property back.

I don't really have an opinion on Ammunations since the last time I had one (as a member of Solonik) was the Willowfield Ammuation back in 2008.

Well,if we are talkin about remove the currently accounts yall will be lose everything about it,might be someone else took your properties and lost of important places (( who works for drugs , lucky one's at event )) So,whats the point of wipe ? Thats why we are here to needed to change something here,Maybe mafia's newbie most richest person maybe totally gameplay,i have seen old mafia'z and members currently inactive or AFK at HQ generally.So,that wipe will be give chance to who start game new and wants to get rich and make his name popular.Otherwise,if we keep goin with Gvardia,Corleone,Ancelotti,NBA old type of classic stuff there's no meaning to wipe anything.The main point is must be change something maybe Zerg maybe over power family.If we all start again that game,I'm for sure many ppl cannot get cash soon life b4 game,As i said the main point (( my opinion )) We stuck with those mafias and PD , Airdivision etc.We need something new here and here come's the new thing is RS5.Maybe its time to say goodbye for some familys.
