World War III Nearly Started!This week: An assailant, later allied with the other two threatened the city with a nuclear bomb. He requested 100,000 ARD in order to shut the nuclear bomb down. He claimed that "the nuclear bomb could wipe out Vice City" and "giving a signal to the Communists that World War III has started". The police refuses to comply with his instructions and later attempted to neutralize the suspect, but failed as he and the other two gunned down the arriving officers at the scene. The terrorists are still remaining at large. The Vice City Police Department has no clue what the bomb model is, neither its location.

The Police claimed to have "defused" the bomb, but after many reports, rumours are saying the actual bomb is still in Downtown, the office blocks to be exact. The Police's "defusal" is a hoax to prevent mass hysteria. This proved the ineffectivity of the VCPD.

"The Future of FBI" Earns Accusations of Counterfeiting CashJust a normal officer?An FBI Trainee, Silent, is being accusated of using counterfeited money. Theories say Silent used counterfeiting money to replace real cash in order to steal from the Evidence Room. Information are vague as if this is true and where did the counterfeited cash come from, but suspects are the Printworks, lovated in the borders of Little Haiti and Little Havana. This is unlikely as the current technology the Printworks has cannot counterfeit such cash.

Ogra Attacks!Recently, fishermens spotted objects that looks like shipwrecks. There has also been reports of Ogra attacks and missing fishermens. Following the story, we've dived down the sea and spotted interesting things.

Another shipwreck, this time of the shipping company Chartered Libertine Lines.
No information is known about these wrecks, who owned it, who did it, but authorities blame on Ogra attacks. More interestingly, a submarine shaped object is nearby the shipwrecks, possibly guarding the wrecks. Theorists claim that the wrecks are the result of the Coast Guards and the Navy's.
